We stayed in the Winnebago Rally Ground and it looked a little like Michigan because of the trees and all of the green. We left in our RV and bought food at Bill’s Foods and then now we have started our journey to Alaska.
One interesting thing we saw on the road in Iowa and Minnesota are windmills. They provide electricity. Minnesota seems to go on forever…eventually we will reach South Dakota and Sioux Falls.
I really like the South Dakota license plate motto "Great Faces, Great Places" with an outline of Mount Rushmore.
We are spending the night along the Missouri River in Chamberlain SD after driving 337 miles today. Here is today's route.
